Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love the piece you chose.

If, for any reason, it isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unworn and in its original condition
• free from any signs of use, damage or alteration
• returned with its original packaging and labels, where applicable

Jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn.

Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion are eligible for return unless otherwise stated on the product page.

How to request a return

Please contact us at ingrid.a.hannek@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will reply with the return instructions.

Please make sure the parcel is securely packaged, as we cannot be responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at the atelier, we will inspect the piece and let you know once your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer another size, color or piece, please contact us before returning your order. We’ll do our best to help, depending on availability.

As every piece is made in small quantities, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed.

Made-to-order & custom pieces

Pieces created specifically for you, including custom and made-to-order items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

If you’re unsure about sizing, materials or any other detail before placing your order, we’re always happy to help.

We kindly ask that you treat it with the same care while deciding if it is the right piece for you.
