ROMANIA

From our atelier to your door.

Every Atelier Ingrid Alexandra piece is carefully prepared and wrapped at the atelier before it begins its journey to you.

Because many of our pieces are made by hand and in small quantities, we allow a little time for each order to be prepared with the care it deserves.

We currently ship orders within Romania.

Orders are delivered by Sameday/FanCourier and usually arrive within 2–7 working days, depending on product availability and the time required to prepare your order.

Pieces made especially for you

Some Atelier Ingrid Alexandra pieces are made to order or require additional time for handcrafting.

If your piece needs more time before it is ready to leave the atelier, we will let you know when placing your order.

The estimated preparation time, where applicable, will also be indicated on the product page.

A little note from the atelier

We believe that the experience of receiving a handmade piece should begin before you open the box.

Every order is prepared with attention to the details – from the piece itself to the way it is wrapped and sent on its way.

We hope it feels a little like receiving something made especially for you.
